End Users
At DX4 Wheels, we always strive to see our customers utilize and enjoy all of the products that we proudly produce. However if for any reason a product needs to be returned, please contact the reseller that the product was originally purchased from.
Resellers
If for any reason a return of any products to our facility is needed, please follow the steps on requesting and processing all returns.
- Contact a customer service agent to obtain a Return Authorization number.
- Provide the reason / explanation for the product return to the customer service agent.
- Attach document containing the given Return Authorization number along with the returned product.
- Ship the product to our facility with sufficient packaging protection to ensure the product gets delivered safely (regardless of the condition of the product being returned).
Upon receipt of the returned products, our service agents will notify you of the status of the returned products.
* * All NEW products returned for reasons other than (manufacturing defect, improper fitment and/or misshipment of product) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
